Most people have good intentions. Most people want to grow and develop their passions. Most people struggle to do so.
Bob Lonac I can not remember a single new years resolution that worked for me over any substantial time. Is that true for you? It shows me that change is hard, but it is not impossible.

1. If you want to get different outcomes, you need to be different!
2. If you want to be different, you have to think differently!
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
3. If you think differently, you will change your heart!
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.
4. If you try to fake it, you will eventually be found out.
5. Only God can change our hearts. We have to be willing to receive Him into our hearts.
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
